Reservations are confirmed upon receipt
of a credit card number.

We try to be very flexible about cancellation but we reserve the right to charge the full room rate if 48 hours notice is not given. We reserve the right to re-let rooms if not taken within one hour of specified arrival time (unless we are informed of the delay).  A contract is now in existence and you are advised to take out holiday insurance as you are liable for the full room rate for the duration of your booking.

A 'no show' is always charged at the full room rate.
